The Friends of Lake Balboa meets
bimonthly, generally during the fourth week of odd-numbered months (January, March, May, July, September, and November).

DIRECTIONS TO THE BALBOA SPORTS CENTER: The Balboa Sports Center is located at the northwest corner of Burbank and Balboa boulevards in Encino. There are two parking lots - one along each street. The meeting room is in the gymnasium building which is located just west of the tennis courts. The main entrance is on the north side of the building and there is also a door on the west side that is usually unlocked. The Clubrooms are along the north side of the main hallway. Watch for the FOLB directional signage. See aerial map immediately below.
DIRECTIONS TO THE TILLMAN WATER RECLAMATION PLANT CONFERENCE ROOM: The Tillman Water Reclamation Plant is located on the east side of Woodley Avenue between Victory and Burbank boulevards. Turn onto the access road and bear to your left. Stop at the gate for the guard to direct you in. Proceed to the parking lot ahead. The conference room is to the southeast of the parking lot. Watch for the FOLB directional signage. See aerial map immediately below.
DIRECTIONS TO RAP VALLEY REGION OFFICE: The Department of Recreation and Parks Valley Region Headquarters is located east of Lake Balboa/Beilenson Park on the east side of Hayvenhust Creek, just north of the Woodley Lakes Golf Course parking lot. From Woodley Avenue it is approximately one-half mile to the west. Park in the small parking lot on the north side of the access road. Walk approximately 100 feet to an open gate with FOLB signage. Enter into the courtyard and proceed to the rear through another gate to the building entrance. See aerial map below.
